    ii. Format of the personal statement: You are REQUIRED to submit in EITHER doc or docx (limited to ONE page)

    iii. File name of the personal statement: PersonalStatement_Candidate No._full Name (e.g. PersonalStatement_202519999_Chan Siu Ming)

    iv. Submission Deadline: 23:59, 1 September 2026 (Tuesday)

    v. Late submission will not be accepted

    vi. Any updates or changes will not be accepted after the submission
