i. The presentation file must be in English

ii. Format of the presentation file: You are REQUIRED to submit in BOTH pdf and ppt / pptx (pre-made video will not be accepted)

iii. File name of the presentation file: PresentationMaterial_Candidate No._full Name (e.g. PresentationMaterial_202519999_Chan Siu Ming)

iv. Submission Deadline: 23:59, 9 September 2026 (Wednesday)

v. All presentation files must less than 20MB each. Late submission will not be accepted

vi. Any updates or changes will not be accepted after the submission
