Alfred works in the Financial Stability Surveillance Division of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. With an interest in sustainability issues, he joined the Strategy Sub-committee of the Council for Sustainable Development. Through engaging with stakeholders and the community, the Sub-committee advises on the formulation of a sustainable development strategy for Hong Kong.
Alfred holds a Masters of Science degree in Finance from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
