Andy is mainly responsible for the Youth Arch Student Improvement Award.
Majored in psychology at university, he understood that listening and support can help young people understand themselves and give full play to their strengths. He is also keen to participate in youth activities. He started to participate in and organize various youth activities in the community since secondary school. He hopes to enable young people to explore their potential through activities of different nature.
After graduating from university, he devoted himself to youth work, hoping to help more young people discover their potential and contribute to society.
