Angel Kong has over 20 years of experience in private equity and management consulting, most recently as Managing Director at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), leading direct and co-investing activities in North Asia. She has sat on the board of directors of a number of portfolio companies. Prior to OTPP, she was a director at EQT Partners in Hong Kong covering buyout and co-control investments in Greater China. She was previously a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.
Angel is passionate in serving the youth and elderly communities. She is currently also the Executive Committee member of The Maryknoll Medical and Welfare Association and the Selection Committee of Hong Kong Schools Alumni Federation Scholarship Foundation. She served on Caltech Alumni Association’s Nominations Proposal Committee.
Angel holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She is a proud alumni of Maryknoll Convent School.
